Rumor Mill: Outkast Working on New Album (Confirmed By Queen Latifah)

Well, well, well, not only is Outkast performing this year, but Queen Latifah has dropped the news that the duo is also working on a new album via the Howard Stern Show.

Speaking on The Howard Stern Show this morning, Latifah accidentally teased fans about the possibility of a full length. Stern asked where Outkast had gone, to which she responded, “They’re chilling…They’re doing movies…They’re about to work on a new album.” Now she hasn’t managed them in some years, but we assume she has kept in contact with the two emcees, which means she is relatively close to them.

Hopefully she has dropped some news that turns out to be true. We’ll keep our fingers crossed.
