Workplace Woes

Celebrity beef is one thing but what about it when it’s a little more personal, say, at your job? No matter where you may work, there always seems to be that one annoying, irritating, obnoxious co-worker that doesn’t rest until they ruin somebody’s or everybody’s day. Whether it’s spreading rumors and gossip, not holding up their end of the workload, excessive absences or tardiness — they seem to never stop. Then there are those times when you think maybe the craziness has ceased, then bam, they’re back in full force, talking about you behind your back over a 3-hour lunch break.

And what do you do about it? You talk to them, reason with them, ignore them, go to the boss, call them out to the parking lot for a little “face time,” but alas, nothing seems to work.
