The Kardashians Release $250,000 Christmas Card

Well, if the Kardashians have never made you feel like what you’re working with was chump change, today might be the day. The Kardashian’s are known for their annual Christmas card- where the family gets together, dresses up, and takes a professional photo that they send out to loved ones throughout the holidays. This year, the clan’s tradition came with a hefty price tag of $250,000. Yes, on a Christmas card. [Luckily, the production team for the their show footed the bill]

The family chose famed photographer Dave Chapelle to make their card nothing short of amazing.

“It took three days just to put the set together. David was extremely involved in all details of the set installation. It was Kim’s idea to get David to do the family photo Christmas picture. At first, David balked because he does photo shoots for major magazines, but Kim convinced him to do it. It wasn’t a cheap photo shoot, and the production company of Keeping Up With The Kardashians paid the $250,000 invoice. Hair, make-up, wardrobe, were all paid for by production, and the Kardashians didn’t pay one dime for their Christmas card!”

The photo looks amazing. But $250,000 though?
