“The Best Man Holiday” Tops the Box Office

This goes to show you, that when a great African American movie comes out, we will go out and support. “Best Man Holiday” has just beat out “Thor” for top grossing movie of the weekend. Opening night, the movie grossed $10.7 million, beating out “Thor”.

“The R-rated African-American romantic comedy is on course to finish with around $30 million for the three days, well ahead of projections, which were for around $20 million. With a production budget of just $17 million, “The Best Man Holiday” will be a big financial win for Universal.”
