After a three year hiatus, Jazmine Sullivan surprised us this year by returning to the game and finally dropping new music, including the Meek-Mill assisted single, “Dumb.”
Now, she’s back once again with a heartfelt acoustic track titled “Forever Don’t Last.” The new record is classic Jazmine, and will have you dimming the lights, sparking up a few scented candles and daydreaming about the one who got away. The vocal powerhouse is straight sangin’ on this one about a relationship that went ill, not because she didn’t try to make it work, but because nowadays when people say “forever,” they don’t really mean it.
