Like Father, Like Enemy?

One day you’re madly in love and the next — well, you can’t stand to look at that person or even hear their name. Case in point, Lil Wayne and Birdman.
The rapping duo, who once considered themselves like father, like son, splintered somewhere along their 20+ year musical odyssey.
Wayne is accusing Birdman of holding him back creatively and postponing his album, in which he takes to Twitter to air out his grievances:
“To all my fans, I want u to know that my album won’t and hasn’t been released bekuz Baby & Cash Money Rec. refuse to release it.”
“I want off this label and nothing to do with these people but unfortunately it ain’t that easy”
“I am a prisoner and so is my creativity Again, I am truly sorry and I don’t blame ya if ya fed up with waiting 4 me & this album. But thk u”
Finally, he ends with:
“Pray.”
Now, Birdman is vowing not to let Wayne go without a fight. It’s all starting to play out like a bad relationship.
What’s the best way to handle business disagreements? Should you air out your issues publicly or is it best left behind closed doors? If you really wanted out of your contract, what measures would you be willing to take?
