Beyoncé Came to Slay and That’s Exactly What She Did

An homage to her visual and spoken word album, “Lemonade,” and a tribute to civil rights, Beyoncé came to take no prisoners at the 2016 VMA Awards. She came to slay and that’s exactly what she did! Starting off with an angelic rendition of “Pray You Catch Me,” Beyoncé kicked off her VMA performance in her normal silky smooth fashion. Building up momentum, the Queen flashed some booty, showcased some bold fashion, hair swinging, and of course, had some incredible dance moves. She even picked up a bat and broke a camera.
