Domestic violence floods news stories every morning; often what started as an argument ends in death mostly by a woman that had not yet gained the courage to escape an abusive relationship. Those that have gained the courage have obstacles when trying to get the resources that are needed to make a clean getaway. Who do we blame in cases when law enforcement has been involved numerous time and the inevitable situation becomes a reality?
