Is It Okay to Admit that You Regret Having Children?

Written by on 7 December 2016

A French author has gone on the record admitting what apparently a lot of people felt but were afraid to vocalize — the regret of having children. The author made the bold claim that having children is often glamorized and idealized and made to be something that it’s not for far too many parents. She wasn’t alone as a whole chorus of voices echoed her sentiment. Question is — is it okay to admit that you regret having children? Does it make you less of a father or mother? Are you in the minority? Weigh in and #TellUsHowYouReallyFeel
